Pursuant to a judgment in the above-styled cause rendered by the Honorable Gregory A. Nicholas, Circuit Court Judge, on the 6th day of October, 2017, I Lisa McSwain, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall on Monday, the 5th day of February, 2018, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., proceed to sell at public auction the following-described real estate at the East door of the Cullman County Courthouse at Cullman, Alabama, for cash to the best, highest, and last bidder:
