Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Kenneth Twitty, a married man and Stacey Twitty, his wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Quicken Loans, Inc., on the 22nd day of June, 2015, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in MTG Book 1764 Page 949; the undersigned Quicken Loans Inc., as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on July 28, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



Commence at an iron pin, the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, also the Point Of Beginning; Thence West 165.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 132.0 feet to an iron pin; thence East 165.0 feet to an iron pin; thence North 132.0 feet to the Point Of Beginning. Said herein described tract contains 0.5 acres more or less and lies in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, Cullman County, Alabama. Also an easement beginning at the NW corner of said lot thence West 100.0 feet to the Right of Way of Twitty Road; thence along said road South 30.0 feet to a point; thence East 100.0 feet to a point; thence North 30.0 feet to the Point Of Beginning.
