Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Myra Blevins, single, originally in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., on the 24th day of June, 2013, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1714 Page 357; the undersigned Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Mortgagee/ Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on August 25, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



Commence 50 feet West of the Southwest corner of Block Number 27 in Musgrove's First Addition to the Town of Cullman, Alabama at the intersection of the North line of 3rd Street with the West line of Morgan Street; thence West along the North line of 3rd Street a distance of 254.8 feet for a starting point; thence at right angles North 100 feet; thence at right angles West a distance of 65.5 feet; thence South a distance of 100 feet to a point on the North line of 3rd Street; thence East along the North line of 3rd Street a distance of 65.5 feet to the P.O.B., situated in Section 16, Township 10 South, Range 3 West.

The balance of the purchase price must be paid in certified funds by noon the next business day at the Law Office of Sirote & Permutt, P.C. at the address indicated below. Sirote & Permutt, P.C. reserves the right to award the bid to the next highest bidder should the highest bidder fail to timely tender the total amount due.
