Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Chester Lee Leeth and Faye Leeth aka Annie Faye Leeth, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as a nominee for The Mortgage Outlet, Inc., on the 14th day of June, 2007, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in MTG 1526 Page 944; along with that Partial Release of Mortgage in MISC Book 326, Page 777; the undersigned LPP Mortgage LTD, as Mortgagee/ Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on March 23, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:
