NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE



Default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jonathan W. Nail and Jodie Louise Nail on December 16, 2013, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama on December 16, 2013 at 3:33 p.m. in Mortgage Book number 1725, Page 504. Default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by the said Mortgage, the said Traditions Bank as Mortgagee, by reason of such default, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door entrance of the County Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on May 4, 2017 during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



A parcel of land lying in the Southwest corner of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 31, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, Cullman County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of the SW ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 31, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, thence run N 00 degrees 30 minutes W a distance of 230 feet to a point; thence run N 89 degrees 30 minutes E a distance of 190 feet to a point; thence run S 00 degrees 30 minutes E a distance of 230 feet to a point; thence run S 89 degrees 30 minutes W a distance of 190 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 1.00 acres, more or less. Subject to any easements of record.
