Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by George M Andrews and Paula Andrews, husband and wife, to H&R Block Mortgage Corporation, a Massachusetts Corporation, on April 24, 2006, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, at Book 1492, Page 115; and subsequently transferred to OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; and subsequently transferred to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT2 Trust, Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT2 Trust, Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Cullman County Courthouse, in Cullman, Alabama, on December 27, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:

BEING ALL OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY CONVEYED TO GEORGE M. ANDREWS AND PAULA ANDREWS FROM DONALD H. LEDYARD, BY DEED DATED 09/16/95 AND RECORDED 10/28/95 IN DEED BOOK 443, PAGE 109 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS.



This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expense of foreclosure.
