Please take notice that default has occurred in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Zebulon P. Little and wife, Deanna S. Little to First Community Bank of Cullman on the 10th day of June 2013. The mortgage was recorded on June 11, 2013 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1709, Page 671; the undersigned Mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama on December 15th , 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate located in Cullman County, Alabama, to wit:



Lot 88 of Fairways, Phase 1 of Southern Pines Development Corporation Subdivision as recorded in Map Book B, Page 194-B in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama. Property Street Address: 221 Fairway Drive Cullman, AL 35057.



THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD ON AN “AS IS, WHERE IS” BASIS, SUBJECT TO ANY EASEMENTS, ENCUMBRANCES AND EXCEPTIONS REFLECTED IN THE MORTGAGE AND THOSE CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF THE COUNTY WHERE THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS SITUATED.
