Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by ADAM GERARD DUKE and wife, AMANDA DAWN DUKE, in favor of Cullman Savings Bank, on the 11th day of March 2016, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1783, Page 81; the undersigned Cullman Savings Bank as Mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman County, Alabama, on August 2, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



Commence at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 9 South, Range 4 West; thence East 15.24 feet to a point on the East right-of-way of a public paved road; thence N 0°32’37”E along the right-of-way 410.15 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 531.03 feet; thence N 0°32’37”E 460 feet; thence West 531.03 feet back to the right-of-way; thence S 0°32’37”W 460 feet back to the point of beginning. Said land lying in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 9 South, Range 4 West, Cullman County, Alabama.
