any and all other persons, their heirs or devisees claiming any right, title or interest in and unto the following described property: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 17, Township 11 South, Range 5 West, Cullman County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows: South 42 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 756 feet from the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 85 degrees 45 minutes West a distance of 41 feet; thence South 81 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of 95 feet; thence North 4 degrees 45 minutes West a distance of 203 feet to the point of beginning of Lot No. 2-A; thence South 86 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 137.8 feet; thence South 19 degrees 10 minutes West a distance of 46.4 feet; thence South 0 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 100 feet; thence South 19 degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 50 feet; thence South 83 degrees 45 minutes East a distance of 10.9 feet; thence North 32 degrees 05 minutes East a distance of 243.3 feet to the point of beginning of Lot No. 2-A. List as Lot No. 2-A in said forty, containing three eighths of an acre more or less. All bearings are magnetic. An easement is retained by the Alabama Power Company from the elevation of 510 feet to 522 feet for flood area. Also a right of way for a roadway leading from the above-described tract of land to the public road. Said roadway already in existence. Also water rights to a well on Lot No. 2-B are granted to Lot No. 2-A now and hereafter.,

TO: Jay B. Strange, Yvonne D. Strange, and any and all heirs or devisees claiming any right, title or interest in and unto the above-described property, and all other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion, or other interests in said real property.



You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of October, 2017, a complaint to quiet title to the above-described real property was filed in the Circuit Court of Cullman County, Alabama, by Elbridge G. Robertson and Eleanor G. Robertson as plaintiffs against Jay B. Strange, Yvonne D. Strange, Thomas R. Eaton, Patricia C. Eaton and all other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion, or other interest in said real property, whose names and whereabouts are unknown, whose names and whereabouts cannot be ascertained after exercise of due diligence and who are believed may claim some right, title, interest, or claim in and to the above-described real property. All persons having an interest in said real property or any portion thereof, claiming any title thereto or encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby directed to plead, answer, demur, or otherwise respond to the complaint on or before the 19th day of December, 2017, else at the expiration of thirty (30) days thereafter suffer a judgment by default to be rendered against them, it being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who cannot be personally served with a copy of the complaint.
