Campbell, an unmarried woman , as Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for Mortgage America, Inc. as Mortgagee, which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, CULLMAN County, Alabama, in Book 1668, Page 262 on 2/1/2012, and corrective mortgage re-recorded on 3/22/2012 in Book 1671, Page 900, and subsequently transferred to J.P. All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18 T10S R1W, more particularly described as follows; Commencing at the Southeast corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of said section 18; thence N 88 degrees 57' 23” W along the south line of said forty a distance of 42 rods (693.00 feet); thence N 2 degrees 35' 48” W a distance of 756.47 feet to a point on the North side of a creed, said point being on an agreed fence line and also being the joint property line between the Montgomery property and tract 16 of Phase Two of Saddle Tree Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book B Page 240A, Probate records of Cullman County; said point also being the true point of beginning of the property herein described; thence from said true point of beginning, run along an existing agreed fence line and the Westerly line of Tract 16 by the following bearings and distances; N 58 degrees 16' 18” E 36.79 feet; N 11 degrees 21' 16” W 39.32 feet, N 10 degrees 27' 44” E 595.00 feet and N 7 degrees 40' 50” E 244.00 feet; thence, leaving said fence line, run N 80 degrees 48' 10” W a distance of 98.15 feet to the East right of way of County Road 771; thence Southerly along said right of way a distance of 912.00 feet more or less to the true point of beginning.
