Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Norman Bacate and wife, Ginger Bacate, originally in favor of Wilmington Finance, a division of AIG Federal Savings Bank, on the 18th day of April, 2005, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in MTG Book 1427 Page 586; the undersigned Deustche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-3, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on December 29, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



Subject property located in Section 12, Township 11 South, Range 4 West in Cullman County, Alabama. Commence at the intersection of the South line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the West right of way of County Road also known as McMinn Loop; thence North 03 degrees 11 minutes 54 seconds West along the West right of way of said road a distance of 240.09 feet five-eighths rebar said point being the Point of Beginning the North 8 degrees 51 minutes 43 seconds West a distance of 149.83 feet to a five-eighths inch rebar; thence South 87 degrees 48 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 99.88 feet to a five-eighths inch rebar thence South 87 degrees 48 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 149.81 feet to a five-eighths inch rebar set on the West right of way of County Road; thence South 05 degrees 48 minutes 03 seconds East along said right of way a distance of 99.76 feet to the Point of Beginning.
