Orgeron, in favor of Jim Walter Homes, Inc., said Mortgage being recorded October 11, 1996, in Book 1013, Page 391 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama; assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., as trustee for Mid-State Trust VI by instrument recorded in Book 324, Page 680 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama.
