NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE



Default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by that certain mortgage executed by Raymond Upton, on 16 March 2009, said mortgage being recorded on 24 March 2009 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1592, Page 230. Peoples Bank of Alabama as Mortgagee under the morgage, by reason of such default, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on 30 November 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



Lots 33, 34 and 35 of Meadow Hill Estates Subdivision as shown and known on the recorded plat of said subdivition, said plat recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 121, Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama.

THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD ON AN “AS IS, WHERE IS” BASIS, SUBJECT TO ANY EASEMENTS, ENCUMBRANCES, AND EXCEPTIONS REFLECTED IN THE MORTGAGE AND THOSE CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF THE COUNTY WHERE THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS SITUATED.
