The Motion to Dismiss filed by Annette Irons Parker regarding the Estate of William Ronald Parker, deceased, has been set for hearing on the 9th day of December, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. before Tammy Brown, Judge of Probate, Cullman County Courthouse, 500 2nd Avenue SW, Cullman, AL 35055, Judge of Probate Office, Room 101.

All persons in interest residing or being without the state are hereby given notice to appear and contest said petition if they think proper.
