Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that Mortgage dated December 3, 2021, in favor of Citizens Bank & Trust, a corporation, and executed by Cyber Broadband, Inc., an Alabama corporation, which Mortgage is recorded December 7, 2021, in Book 1992 Page 737, Second Mortgage recorded July 20, 2022, in Book 2022, Page 28, and Third Mortgage recorded August 26, 2022, in Book 2026, Page 182, all in the Probate Office of Cullman County, Alabama, the mortgagee has elected to declare the entire indebtedness secured by said Mortgage to be due and payable as provided in said Mortgage, and notice is hereby given that pursuant to the law and power of sale contained in said Mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the front doors of the Cullman County Courthouse at Cullman, Alabama, at the legal hours of sale, March 26, 2026, the following described real estate situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:

Containing 3 1/4 acres, more or less. Said property situated in Cullman County, Alabama.

being a 25 foot wide easement along the North side of subject property and described as lying parallel and contingent with South line of Lot 2 of CP Homes Subdivision as recorded in Plat 2014, Page 34. Said Temporary Construction Easement is filed for recorded in Deed Book 643, Page 214, subject to the grant of easement to GLOBAL SIGNAL ACQUISITIONS IV, LLC, as filed for record in Deed Book 694, Page 56, no coverage is afforded hereunder as to the specific amount of acreage referred to in the legal description under Schedule A.
