NOTICE TO DEFENDANT OF COMPLAINT ISSUED OUT OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CULLMAN COUNTY, ALABAMA, case number CV-2025-900367 styled American Credit Acceptance vs. Romez Gomez and the State of Alabama, Department of Revenue. Notice is hereby given that the above-named Plaintiff filed in said Circuit Court, a cause of action to challenge the abandoned motor vehicle lien claimed by the Defendant and to seek damages. That on the 27th day of October, 2025, Paul J. Spina, III, Attorney for Plaintiff, filed in the above entitled cause an Affidavit stating that the location of the Defendant Romez Gomez is unknown, or the Defendant has been absent from his location of residence for more than thirty (30) days since the filing of the Complaint and cannot be located. NOW THEREFORE, the above-described Defendant Romez Gomez is hereby commanded to answer or plead to the Complaint filed in the above-entitled cause within thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication 3rd day of December, 2025.
