CHRISTINA L. LAYFIELD, ET AL.,

The above styled cause of action has been filed in the Circuit Court of Cullman County, Alabama. The Plaintiff is seeking from Defendant Christina L. Layfield and Defendant Misty L. Layfield a/k/a Misty Blizzard a judgment as to Count One of the Complaint for the immediate possession of one (1) 2024 Hamilton manufactured home, Serial No. HL23AL08549AB. Plaintiff is seeking a judgment against Defendant Christina L. Layfield and Defendant Misty L. Layfield a/k/a Misty Blizzard as to Count Two of its Complaint for the immediate possession of the subject real property located in Cullman County, Alabama, and described as follows:

Begin at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 12 South, Range 4 West; thence West 420.01 feet; thence North 334.93 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continue North 291.80 feet; thence West 150.00 feet; thence South 291.08 feet; thence East 150.00 feet back to the true point of beginning. Being situated in Cullman County, Alabama.

The real property is also described by the following address: 172 Co Rd 119, Cullman, AL 35057.
Defendant Christina L. Layfield and Defendant Misty L. Layfield a/k/a Misty Blizzard, who are believed to reside in Cullman County, Alabama, must answer the Complaint by October 31, 2025 by filing a responsive pleading with the Circuit Court and serving a copy of said pleading upon counsel for the Plaintiff at the following address: Kristofor D. Sodergren, Rosen Harwood, P.A., P.O. Box 2727, Tuscaloosa, AL 35403-2727, telephone number 205-344-5000, or a judgment by default may be rendered against them in Case No. CV-2025-900106.00 pending in the Circuit Court of Cullman County, Alabama.
