Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on September 28, 2021, by Rayburn L. Jones and Gennie L. Jones, husband and wife, as Mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Kentwood Mortgage, Inc. as Mortgagee, which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Cullman County, Alabama, in MTG Book 1985 at Page 247 on October 14, 2021,and subsequently assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Cullman County, Alabama, in MTG Book 2151 at Page 653 on January 30, 2026 and default having continued under the terms of said Mortgage, and by virtue of Alabama Code Section 35-10-3 and 35-10-2, the following described real property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, during the legal hours of sale, on March 12, 2026.
The following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, State of Alabama, to-wit:
Lot Number One (1) in Block Number Two (2) of Gibson's Addition to the City of Cullman, Alabama. Less and Except 30 feet evenly off of the South end of said Lot.

Being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Rayburn L. Jones and Gennie L. Jones by Franklin J. Self in a Warranty Deed dated 10/15/2019 and recorded 10/15/2019 in Book 689, Page 202 in the Land Records of Cullman County, Alabama.

Subject to all easements, restrictions and reservations appearing of record. Said sale will also be made subject to any Federal Tax Liens and/or Special Assessments of any nature, if any, which might adversely affect the title to the property.
