and wife, on August 20, 2020, to First National Bank of America, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1926, Page 111, Record of Mortgages, the undersigned, First National Bank of America, as mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Cullman County Courthouse, Cullman, Alabama, on March 13, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:
