Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on February 26, 2016 by Lori W. Bush and Norman Bush, wife and husband, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Willow Bend Mortgage Company, LLC, its successors and assigns, and recorded in MTG Book 1781 at Page 855 on February 29, 2016, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred to MidFirst Bank. LOGS Legal Group LLP, as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on September 24, 2026, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder at the main entrance of the Cullman County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Cullman, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to wit:

Burkart's Addition to Hanceville, Alabama, as shown and designated on the recorded plat of said addition recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 2 (Slide B84A) In the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, being 60 feet wide off the west side of said lot, more particularly described as commencing at the northwest corner of said lot and running southeasterly (prior instruments erroneously state "southwesterly") along the line of said lot 210 feet to the southwest corner of said lot and boundary of Gibbs Street; thence northeastwardly along the line of said lot and Gibbs Street 60 feet; thence northwestwardly running parallel with the west line of said Lot No. 1 to Blountsville Street; thence southwestwardly along the line of Blountsville Street 60 feet to the point of beginning.
