NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
OF FIRST COMMUNITY BANK OF CULLMAN
October 1, 2025

Notice is given that Articles of Dissolution for First Community Bank of Cullman, an Alabama banking corporation, with its registered office at 420 2nd Avenue, S.W., Cullman, AL 35055 has been delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Code of Alabama. First Community Bank of Cullman hereby requests that any and all persons with claims against it present them in writing to First Community Bank of Cullman, in dissolution, P.O. Box 249, Cullman, AL 35055, with a complete description of the particulars of such claim. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Articles of Dissolution that arise after the filing of the Articles of Dissolution, a claim against First Community Bank of Cullman not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce such claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this Notice.
